Wedding
Receptions
(includes 6 1/2 to 7 hours of event time including vendor time)
Reception
prices depend on the number of
guests, and the day of the week. For example, Saturday receptions range from
$900 for 20 Guests or less, to $2200 for 100 Guests. Discounted
rates are available for weekday (Sunday through Friday) receptions. Additional event time may be requested at $100
per hour. Additional vendor time is also $100 per hour.
Wedding
Ceremonies with Reception
(includes
wedding director and coordinator)
An additional
fee of $500 is required for on-site wedding ceremonies. We provide two rooms
for the bridal party to use for dressing and photography. House ceremony
decorations are included. Stonehedge encourages ceremony rehearsals and provides
1 hour in which to do this. Any additional time will be charged at $50 per
hour. The rehearsal is normally one or two days prior to the ceremony, and
must be scheduled in advance.
Wedding
Ceremonies without Reception
(includes 3 hours of event time
and includes minister, wedding director/coordinator, and house music)
Fees for on-site wedding ceremonies
when the reception is held elsewhere depend on the number of guests. We
can provide this service any time of day on Monday through Thursday, but
only before 2pm on Friday through Sunday. For example, ceremonies
range from $400 for 10 or less guests, $650 for up to 30 guests, to $900 for
up to 100 guests, We provide two rooms
for the bridal party to use for dressing and photography. House ceremony
decorations are included. Stonehedge encourages ceremony rehearsals and provides
1 hour in which to do this. Any additional time will be charged at $50 per
hour. The rehearsal is normally one or two days prior to the ceremony, and
must be scheduled in advance. Stonehedge offers a number of combination packages,
please call for details.
Rehearsal
Dinners, Holiday and other Evening Parties
(includes 5 hours of event time including vendor time)
Dinner Party Prices depend on the number of
guests and the day of the week. For example, Thursday dinner parties range from
$400 for 20 Guests or less, to $900 for 100 Guests. Additional event time may be requested at $100
per hour. Additional vendor time is also $100 per hour.
Daytime
Bridal Showers and Baby Showers, and Other Events (indoors maximum 30
guests) before 2pm
$150 plus $5 per Guest allows for 4
hours of rental time. This includes client set up and clean up. This package
provides tables, linens and chairs already set up. For 20 or less guests, this
event may be self-catered. For 20 to 30 guests, there is a $75 fee to
self-cater. No fee will be charged if the caterer is selected from our preferred
vendors list. New! Please inquire about our new all inclusive House Catered
Menus with per person pricing. The pricing includes the venue rental and food
(minimum of 16 guests).
House and Garden Tours

A 20% discount is available off
the Rehearsal Dinner estate rental fee for Weddings held at
Stonehedge (Fridays only).
Events of 30 or
less guests can be held indoors or outdoors (gardens and lawns). For
garden events we can provide canopy sizes and pricing options.
Events of 31 or
more guests must be held outdoors (gardens and lawns). A canopy is
required in case of inclement weather because we cannot accommodate more than
30 guests indoors. Call for
canopy sizes and pricing options.
A damage retention deposit
of $250 is required for all wedding receptions, $150 for small evening events
($250 for over 60) and $100 for daytime events.
Photo Shoots
Based on
availability $30 per hour on weekdays, $50 per hour on weekends and
holidays.
